Coffee glossary

Flat White

An espresso drink from Australia and New Zealand with a thin, velvety layer of microfoam and a stronger coffee-to-milk ratio than a latte.

A flat white is usually served in a 150–180 ml cup, often with a double ristretto or double espresso, so the coffee flavor stays front and center.
