Pour-Over
Also known as: pour over, pourover, hand pour
A manual brewing method in which hot water is poured over grounds in a filter cone, letting gravity draw it through.
Pour-over gives you control over every variable — ratio, grind, temperature and pouring speed — and tends to highlight clarity and acidity. Popular brewers include the Hario V60, Kalita Wave and Chemex.
