Peaberry
A coffee cherry that grows a single, rounder seed instead of the usual two flat-sided ones.
Peaberries make up a small share of most harvests — often cited at around 5% — and are sometimes sorted out and sold separately. Whether they taste better is debated, but they do roast a little differently because of their shape.
