Burr Grinder
Also known as: burr grinders
A grinder that crushes beans between two abrasive burrs set a precise distance apart, producing much more even particles than a blade grinder.
Even particle sizes extract at the same rate, which is the key to a sweet, balanced cup. Burrs are either flat or conical; both work well when they are sharp and well aligned.
